HyGIeaCare, Inc. ARBN 619 947 983 (Company) lodged a Prospectus (Prospectus) on 24 August 2017 with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) in relation to the Company's proposed initial public offering and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) (Offer).  The Company lodged a Supplementary Prospectus with ASIC on 19 September 2017. The Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus are available for download from this website, and a paper copy is available free of charge to any person in Australia by calling 1800 500 095 (within Australia) between 8:30am and 5:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Capitalised terms used on this website have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus.

The Prospectus is an important document and Applicants should read it in full and consider it in deciding whether to apply for CDIs. Offers of CDIs will only be made in, or accompanied by, a copy of the Prospectus. Applications to apply for CDIs under the Broker Firm Offer may only be made using an Application Form to be issued with, contained in, or accompanying, the Prospectus. The Broker Firm Offer opens on 5 September 2017 and is scheduled to close at 5pm (AEST) on  31 October 2017 but the Offer may be extended or closed early by the Company without prior notice. You must complete a valid Application Form if you want to apply for CDIs. CDIs will only be issued on the basis of a valid Application Form.
