HyGIeaCare is currently recruiting Director of Partnerships for a full-time at the ( location). HyGIeaCare provides unique services and solutions to gastroenterologists to deliver better GI outcomes for their patients and their practice.

About Us:

HyGIeaCare provides unique services and solutions to gastroenterologists to deliver better GI outcomes for their patients and their practice.  HyGIeaCare Center patients can experience a simpler and easier bowel prep on the same day as their scheduled colonoscopy. The Center features the HyGIeaCare Prep System, cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to effectively clean the bowel using a gentle infusion of warm, gravity-flow filtered water. The use of this proprietary method means patients may forgo many of the elements that make traditional bowel prep inconvenient and uncomfortable.

 

DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS

This position directs new business generation and helps to ensure existing physician and hospital and relationships are maintained. Position identifies physician practices and hospitals for the development of new HyGIeaCare centers and is responsible for driving the processes of collaboration and negotiation.  This position will also help to implement potential new service lines in the future.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  •  Lead and support the development of growth plans and initiatives; determine business models and drive their development in qualified markets working closely with senior leadership
  •  Identify and contact physician practices for the creation of new HyGIeaCare centers
  • Initiate new hospital relationships related to services offered by HyGIeaCare and physician partners.
  • Develop and review financial pro formas for joint venture denovo centers and other business initiatives.
  • Work closely with other teammates on deal structure, process and closure.
  • Develop strong relationships with external and internal customers
  • Assist in development of market analysis and strategic presentations to senior leadership
  • Determine and champion the needs of the physician partners
  • Establish and meet pre-determined goals for growth and retention
  •  Ensure department resources are utilized optimally and within budget
  • Lead and/or support special projects as assigned or needed

 

Qualifications / Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area required.
  • Experience in business development, sales, marketing, consulting, and/or physician consulting required
  • Experience in proposal and pro forma development required
  • Experience in development of new medical facilities, physician practice management, or ambulatory surgical center development preferred
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
